Returns/Warranties Policy
Karalee Electrical Contracting will provide a refund, replacement or repair of damaged or faulty goods if notified within 30days of purchase.
Proof of purchase will be required for ALL returns and must be returned in original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Goods: should your purchase be damaged upon receipt; Karalee Electrical Contracting will issue a full refund or exchange. If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.
Change of Mind: if you are not entirely happy with your purchase and change your mind, you may send it back for refund or swap within 30 days of purchase.
Any cost associated with returning the goods would be at the consumer’s expense.
Please note: Products that have been installed cannot be returned for ‘change of mind’ refund.
All electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician or warranty is void.
